Spa Membership Terms & Conditions
Discounts
- Discounts are only applicable on the days included in your membership.
- Discounts cannot be applied to spa days, gift vouchers, or packages already discounted.
- Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- Discounts apply to the member only and cannot be extended to family or friends attending with them.
- 10% off overnight stays applies Sunday to Friday only.
Spa Sessions
- All sessions must be booked in advance. While last-minute slots may be available, these cannot be guaranteed.
- Each 2-hour spa session must be taken as a single visit and cannot be split into shorter sessions.
Hotel guests enjoy complimentary to our spa facilities for up to two hours (subject to availability). Please note that access must be taken between the hours of 15:00 and 10:30am.
- Each session includes the use of one robe and one towel per person.
- Members are required to bring their own suitable footwear or may purchase spa footwear at reception for £3.50.
Membership Commitment
- Membership benefits are for individual use only and are non-transferable.
Exclusions.
- Membership benefits and discounts are not valid on special occasions or peak dates, including: Valentine's Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Mother's Sunday, Father's Day.
