The Norfolk Mead in Coltishall is one of the top luxury places to stay in Norfolk, UK. We provide excellence in hospitality across our bedrooms, restaurant, spa treatment rooms, and our wedding and corporate event venue, The Garden Room. Of all the great Norfolk hotels, we pride ourselves on our service-based approach. Guests tell us time and again that we manage to deliver relaxed luxury and a true home from home experience.
Owners Anna and James both come from a catering background and first met when they were working for McLaren on the Formula One circuit twenty years ago; travelling the world and catering for the culinary needs of the McLaren drivers, mechanics and support team. The Norfolk Mead was the realisation of their dream to own their own hotel and venue.
Anna Duttson Events continues to run successfully from Norfolk, catering for private and corporate events all over the UK and Europe.

Pets are charged at £20 per night and we do operate a well-behaved pet policy (any damages caused by pets must be paid before you check-out). Should your pet be particularly noisy, you may be asked to vacate the room so other guests are not unduly affected.
At the heart of The Norfolk Mead is our walled garden, with lush lawns, rose bushes and a large sheltered terrace to ensure you can enjoy Afternoon Tea or pre-dinner drinks in a group or in private to suit your mood.
The walled garden is lovingly tended by our groundsman to keep the flowerbeds in bloom throughout the spring and summer - we hope you enjoy spending time there as much as we do.
