Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoters

This competition is jointly run by The Norfolk Mead Hotel and Woodforde’s Brewery.

2. Eligibility

Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. The competition is not open to employees of The Norfolk Mead Hotel or Woodforde’s Brewery, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must: Follow both @TheNorfolkMead and @WoodfordesBrewery on Facebook and tag another user in the comments of the official competition post. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Opening and Closing Dates

The competition opens on Sunday 15th June 2025. Entries close at 09:00 on Monday 30th June 2025. The winner will be selected at random and announced on Wednesday 2nd July 2025. 

5. The Prize

One winner will receive a retreat for two people, including: 

• A Beer Spa experience at The Norfolk Mead Hotel
• Four hours’ use of spa facilities
• A three-course à la carte dinner
• An overnight stay in a deluxe room with breakfast
• A behind-the-scenes tour of Woodforde’s Brewery. 
  

Prize value approx. £535.

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize must be redeemed on Sundays only. Dates are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via direct message from @TheNorfolkMead’s official Facebook account. We will not ask for payment or sensitive information. Please beware of fake accounts or scams.

7. Data Protection

Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition in accordance with GDPR and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. General

The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the competition at any time.By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
