  • 10:30 - Morning Wake Up Yoga with Sarah King

  • 11:30 - Strength Foundations withVicki Hall
  • 12:30 - Move & Glow Zumba Class with Debby Priddy

  • 13:30 - Buffet Lunch in the Garden Room
  • 14:15 - Floral Arrangement Workshop with Sadie Page
  • 16:15 - 30 Minute Treatment and Spa facilities  
  • 18:45 - Guest Departure
  • 19:30 - Dining in Georgian Room (Optional Extra)

Day Two: Sunday 15th September

  • 10:00 - Arrival into Garden room – Smoothies and Granola Pots

  • 10:15: Welcome Speech
  • 10:30: Meditation Class with Janette Sargeant from Mind, Body, Menopause  

  • 11:30: Lower Body Strength and Core withVicki Hall
  • 13:30: Buffet Lunch in Garden Room
  • 14:15: Spa 'DIY' Facial with Natural Spa Factory
  • 16:15: 30 Minute Treatment and Spa facilities  
  • 18:45 Guest Departure

Pricing

  • £225.00 per day or £400.00 for both days 

The following extras can be purchased:
  • Day 1 dinner for overnight guests - £45.00 per person

  • 10:00 - Arrival into Garden room – Smoothies and Granola Pots

  • 10:15: Welcome Speech
  • 10:30: Lower Body and Core Class with Vicki Hall
  • 13:30: Buffet Lunch in Garden Room
  • 14:15: Paddle Boarding with The Canoe Man
  • 16:15: 2.5 hours Spa Use Including 30 Minute Treatment (spa manager to take all guests to spa)
  • 19:00 Guest Departure
