Non-refundable and Non-transferable

All bookings made under promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to alternative dates, packages, or offers once confirmed.

Subject to Availability

Offers are subject to limited availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Prices may vary depending on the date of booking and hotel occupancy.

Not Applicable to Existing Bookings

New promotional offers cannot be applied to existing reservations, and no price adjustments will be made retrospectively.

Payment Terms

Full payment (or a deposit, if applicable) is required at the time of booking. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation.

Package Inclusions

The Dinner, Bed and Breakfast offer includes a Dinner allowance of £45.00 per person unless otherwise stated. Beverages are not included unless specified.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is from 15:00; check-out is by 10:30. Late check-out may be available at an additional charge.

Cancellations & Amendments

As this is a promotional rate, no refunds or date changes are permitted under any circumstances.

Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for cancellations or alterations due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., extreme weather, travel disruption).

Other

All package prices are subject to availability and based on two guests sharing a Standard room. Prices quoted are rates may vary depending on room category, date of stay, and occupancy. Requests for room upgrades or specific configurations will incur an additional charge.The hotel reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers without prior notice.
