Boxing Day Terms and Conditions
These Boxing Day deals apply to new bookings made during the promotional period only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or package. The promotional period is from Friday 26th December 2025 to Friday 2nd January 2026 (inclusive). These offers can be booked right through to 31st March 2026.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests who have previously held a booking for the same experience and dates are not eligible to rebook at the Boxing Day rate if they cancel prior to or during the promotional period.

All bookings are subject to availability. Limited spaces apply for spa days, retreats, dining and party nights.
Prices quoted apply to weekdays only. Rates increase on weekends for the following packages:

- Blissful Brunch
- Twilight Spa
- The Experience Escape
Boxing Day bookings cannot be applied to existing bookings.
Date exclusions apply, including but not limited to: Saturdays, school holidays, Christmas period (until 31st December), New Year period, Valentine’s Day, Easter weekend and Bank Holidays.
Prices listed reflect the promotional Boxing Day rates followed by the standard rate. Spa access, treatment inclusions, accommodation details, and dining elements are as described within each specific package.
The Norfolk Mead Hotel reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time.
