Black Friday Terms and Conditions

Black Friday rates apply to new bookings made during the promotional period only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or package. The promotional period is from Monday 24th November to Monday 1st December (inclusive). 

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All Black Friday bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All bookings are subject to availability. Limited spaces apply for spa days, retreats, dining and party nights.

Black Friday rates cannot be applied to existing bookings.

Date exclusions apply, including but not limited to: Saturdays, school holidays, Christmas period, New Year period, Valentine’s Day, Easter weekend and Bank Holidays.

Prices listed reflect the promotional Black Friday rate followed by the standard rate. Spa access, treatment inclusions, accommodation details, and dining elements are as described within each specific package.

Venue Hire discount applies to new 2026 bookings only and must be confirmed within the Black Friday promotional window.

The Norfolk Mead Hotel reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Black Friday promotion at any time.
