Our Executive Chef Damien Woollard has designed an exciting and innovative nine course menu. From snacks on arrival, a pre-starter of Jerusalem artichoke, coddled egg, spinach and nutmeg, through to petit fours with coffee including chocolate marshmallow, it will be another thrilling evening for all who love food.
Other menu highlights include a fish course of butter poached halibut, romanesco, bacon dashi, Roscoff onion and Arbroath Smokie potato pressing; and a main course of smoked pheasant, miso, kale, Boudin Scotch quails egg and beer sauce.
The evening is priced at £65pp, with 7pm arrival, and sit down at 7.30pm. There is also the option to add the wine flight with matched wines per course for an additional £30pp.
