Our Executive Chef Damien Woollard has designed an exciting and innovative nine course menu. From snacks on arrival including asparagus, Parma ham and filo, through to petit fours with coffee including caramelised white chocolate doughnut, it will be another thrilling evening for all who love food.
Other menu highlights include a fish course of Gurnard, smoked tomato, octopus, chickpea, manchego; and a main course of Beef sirloin, Jersey royal potatoes, nettle and watercress puree, Cantonese beef Caesar salad, salt baked swede, spring onion, sesame and miso sauce.
The evening is priced at £65pp, with 7pm arrival, and sit down at 7.30pm. There is also the option to add the wine flight with matched wines per course for an additional £30pp.
