Our Treatment Rooms

Our treatment rooms are currently closed until we re-open in our new spa on Wednesday 31st July.

Relax at The Norfolk Mead with one of our bespoke and exclusive treatments using The Natural Spa Factory. From facials, scrubs and massages, to nail, eye and brow treatments - we have got you covered.

Our 'Treatment Rooms' are located in the Spa; found within the grounds of the hotel - just a short stroll from your room or from our lounge and gardens. Relaxation has never been so easy!

Treatments can be booked on their own, or as part of one of our many Spa Packages.

What products do you use?

Our partner is The Natural Spa Factory – we feel like their products have been made just for us. In being cruelty free, vegan and using natural, plant-based ingredients, they have a very current approach. We love their products, ethos, packaging and unique personality which fits really well with Anna and James’ vision for the Hotel. Their signature Fig & Vanilla scent is now intrinsically linked to The Norfolk Mead.

How do you tailor your massages?

Customers can choose their pressure for their perfect massage and pick their oil to match how they would like to feel after the treatment to suit their reason for coming.

What does a facial include?

We offer one of the best facials in Norfolk, according to our clients! We give 100% of our time within the appointment, offering a scalp massage whilst they are relaxing with their product application.

What if I am looking for something a little different?

Our ‘Muscle Melting Hot Herbal Massage’ is our take on the traditional hot stone massage. We use heat and pressure to alleviate any aches and pains.

Do you offer pregnancy spa treatments?

We offer set pregnancy treatments and can adapt most packages to suit our pregnant clients, making sure they feel comfortable at all times. All staff members are specially trained to perform pregnancy massage positioning and follow guidelines to ensure that everything we do is best practice. The Natural Spa Factory products have been safely tested to be used during pregnancy.

Do you offer spa treatments for men?

We do have a men’s section on our treatment brochure though most our treatments and products are gender neutral.
