After careful consideration and consulting with our entire team, it is with regret that we will be temporarily closing from Monday 23 March for three months until 30 June 2020. This is directly related to the Coronavirus pandemic and the ongoing advice from the Government and we are currently devasted but trying to remain in high spirits with a hopeful eye on the future.
We feel this temporary closure is in the best interests of all – we need to keep our staff and guests safe but also have a view to the summer and beyond and want to be in a position where we can reopen better than ever once the pandemic has passed.
We feel going forward that this is the best option.
During this period, the Hotel will have a skeleton team in place and will be available to take your calls, queries, questions, voucher purchases and future room, restaurant, event and treatment room bookings. Bearing in the mind the current social distancing and hygiene guidelines, we are also open and available for venue tours, and wedding and event planning meetings.
We are also delighted to be offering takeaway Afternoon Tea for delivery or collection for every Saturday and Sunday throughout May and June - at £15pp plus £3 delivery within 15 miles of Coltishall. Order online here.
The current planned re-open date is 1 July although we are constantly monitoring the guidance.
We are looking after all our staff members during this period and we are working with each individual in our team to help them through these times.
Please do continue to make your future bookings – we will need your support more than ever. Norfolk remains an absolutely beautiful place to relax, take some time out and recharge.
