The Colman Room...

A predominant yellow sets the scene in this room. A beautiful French sleigh bed sits between the shuttered double sash windows overlooking the front lawn of the hotel. Jeremiah Colman started making mustard

in 1814 in Norfolk and the industry is still evident in the landscape of yellow fields in summer around the county. This room also has an ensuite shower room.
