We are very fortunate in that Norfolk is a
farming and fishing county, which means we
are able to source the freshest and finest
local ingredients to provide you with
delicious and healthy meals. Mark, our
Head Chef makes every effort to
bring you the best available produce, cooked
and served to perfection. Our principle fish
supplier has his own boat for crabs and
lobster catching. Sea bass and sea trout
are also a regular on the menu, being
taken from the sea to your plate
within hours. Our butcher provides us with
the best organic rare breeds meat and poultry.
Virtually all our vegetables are grown locally
and are organic.
