Our bacon is organic and comes from local
Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs. Mr Hewitt,
the village butcher uses only premium
ingredients to make our sausages which
are some of the best in Norfolk. Clive,
our forager, sources wild
mushrooms from local woodlands and delivers
them to the hotel daily. We use herbs grown
in our very own walled garden. Kippers and
haddock are lightly smoked in one of the few
remaining smokeries in Lowestoft. Free range eggs
come courtesy of our own little friends in the garden
or when they are on strike, from a local free range
farm. Our aim is to provide you with the most healthy
and tasty breakfast so that you are prepared to make
the most of your day.
